As a sole trader in this enterprise, I would like to provide the highest standards of customer service. The way in which I do this is to treat each individual order with the utmost care, and to treat all customers individually by responding to your needs as quickly and carefully as I can, with thought and sincerity. The scarves you buy from me may be a present or a special gift to yourself; I want your experience to be the best possible. I am so pleased and excited every time somebody buys my products - just as excited as you the customer may be. I also want to make sure that if anything goes wrong that you the customer are happy with the eventual outcome.

What type of information do I collect?

I receive, collect and store any information you enter on my website or send to me via e-mail; this will include names, e-mail addresses and postal addresses.

In addition, software tools may be used to measure and collect information such as page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

As part of e-commerce, I collect personally identifiable information (including name and e-mail address), payment details (including credit/debit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations and personal profile.

How do I collect information?

When you conduct a transaction on my website, as part of the process I collect personal information which you give me such as your name, postal address and e-mail address. Your personal information will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling your order and will only be stored if you wish to be placed on my e-mailing list.

My company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to sell my products to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers, behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by my company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort by brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit or debit card information by my store and its service providers.

How do I communicate with my site visitors?

I may contact you to provide notifications regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to send updates about my company, or as otherwise necessary in order to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws and any agreement we have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via e-mail or postal mail.

How do I use cookies and other tracking tools.

My company will not use any non-essential cookies or tracking tools to gather your personal information.

It is important to note that third-party services such as Google Analytics or other applications offered through the Wix App Market, placing cookies or using other tracking technologies through Wix’s services may have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information. As these are external services, such practices are not covered by my company’s or Wix’s Privacy Policy.
